Privacy policy

This policy explains how K&E Partners (Companies House No. 17387608, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ) uses your personal data. We are the data controller for information you submit on this website.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, postcode, estimated property value, whether the home is jointly owned, the youngest owner's age, whether you have an existing mortgage and its outstanding balance if applicable, roughly how much you'd like to release and why, the time you gave consent, and details of the advert or link you came from.

Why we use it

To introduce you to FCA-authorised equity release brokers who can contact you about equity release. Our lawful basis is your consent.

Who we share it with

One or more FCA-authorised equity release brokers, who will use your data under their own privacy policies. We may receive a fee for each introduction. We also use secure hosting providers to store your data.

Advertising and cookies

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. When you accept advertising cookies in our cookie banner, we use Meta's pixel on our thank-you page only — after your phone number has been verified — to record that a completed enquiry came from our advertising. The pixel sends Meta the fact that the page was visited, standard technical details (such as your IP address and browser information) and a random reference number for your enquiry. We do not send your name, contact details, or anything about your circumstances through it.

If you decline, the pixel does not load at all. You can accept, decline or change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Meta's use of this data is described in Meta's own data policy at facebook.com/privacy/policies.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent, or ask to access, correct or delete your data, at any time by emailing info@kandepartners.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
